A Holistic Nutritionist looks at your individual health needs and tastes, rather than a general guide. All of your body's systems are assessed, and food and supplement choices are then recommended to balance the systems most in need. Your overall recommnedations are tailored to your personal lifestyle choices and tastes.

Other important health factors will also be included in your health recommendations, such as belief sytems, fitness and your spiritual or energetic habits.  All of these factors play into how well your food is digested, how it is utilized and how you feel and cope over all.

Initial  Assessment:  $150

One on One Coaching: $80 per follow-up session
