PREVENTATIVE HEALTH measures would be the first priority in Holistic Health, and treatment the second. When treatment is necessary,  THE CAUSE of the symptoms needs to be investigated and treated. Not the symptoms.

Holistic Health Modalities available through Equilibrium Wellness are:

BodyTalk and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)  are energy healing modalities.  We are entirely made up of energy. Our physical structures are of a lower frequency and our emotional and spiritual self are made of of higher frequencies. When we suffer from symptoms, whether it be simply not quite feeling ourselves or else suffering from disease, we need to be balanced at all energetic levels to help with the overall flow and synchronicity of our energies. Essentially, we are short circuited and we need to correct our electrical circuitry.   

Holistic Nutrition -  Looks at your individual needs and tastes, rather than a general guide. All of your body's systems are assessed, and food and supplement choices are then recommended to balance the systems most in need. Your overall recommnedations are tailored to your personal lifestyle choices and tastes. Other important health factors will also be included in your health recommnedations, such as fitness and spiritual/ energetic habits.  

The Ionic Foot Detox Baths:  An effective way to cleanse the body, you are balanced with a negative ionic current, which counteracts the positive ions which circulate and penetrate us with all the electricity and technology surrounding us. The negative ions simulate the body to more effectively detox the systems and tissues. As well, the polarity of the water draws toxins out through the feet, where all the bodies meridians pass through. During the 30 minute treatment, the clear water becomes thick with toxins and mucus and it's dark in color due to the toxins as well.

 Body Treatments:

Universal Contour Wrap- A detox body wrap that guarantees a six inch loss in the first wrap, otherwise you don’t pay. In fact, it’s also maintainable  by living a clean life and not putting weight on, and therefore, the inch loss is guaranteed for 30 days (if one follows the after care instructions). The inch loss is maintainable since the loss comes from toxin loss rather than water loss. There is no water loss in this treatment. In fact, drinking water is encouraged to continue to lose further toxins and size. One will see inch loss, skin and figure tightening and tone, reduced cellulite, over all smoothness and full body exfoliation. Also, since the solution is so mineral rich, and it’s absorbed through the skin, one’s cravings can be reduced and musculoskeletal pains are often diminished or abolished.

Hartur Ultrasound Cellulite Treatments: This series of treatments gets to the root cause of cellulite. Toxin accumulation, reduced circulation and adhered connective tissue. Each treatment consists of skin brushing and exfoliation, ultrasound to soften and penetrate the fat cells and massage to increase the circulation and push out toxins and to release connective tissue. It is a very relaxing treatment. Only eminence all organic and biodynamic products are used to add further health benefits to the treatment and to make it a more spa-like experience. The treatments are sold in packages of 10, 20 or 30, dependent on one’s stage of cellulite. Most clients interested in cellulite treatments are at stage 2, therefore requiring 20 treatments. The option of applying a cellulite and slimming masque to the front of the thighs, while the posterior thigh and bum are treated is an option. As well, following the ultrasound treatments with a whole body vibration session and foot detox can decrease the number of sessions required. This is highly recommended. It requires an additional 45mins per appointment, but this commitment pays off results-wise!

Lymphatic Drainage: Using BodyTalk and massage techniques, as well as aromatherapy oils, the lymphatic system and stimulated and assisted in moving stagnant lymph, which helps one to detoxify their body. It is very relaxing and balancing for the body.

Reflexology: This 60 minute treatment involves a special massage technique that stimulates the meridians and pathways of all the systems and tissues of the body through either the feet or hands. It is a very relaxing treatment, all the while balancing to the whole body.
